Our approach.

At Holbrook Curtis we offer the same services as most accountants in general practice, but we try to do it better. How do we do this?

First and foremost we are a one partner practice but with a depth of expertise within the staff that can provide a prompt and complete service. The advantage to our clients is that Roger Curtis is the one person to whom all the clients directly relate, whilst at the same time other members of the team ensure the work is carried out accurately and thoroughly.

Secondly, all members of the Holbrook Curtis team are continuously involved in professional education and development to keep their knowledge and skills up to date.

Thirdly, we make sure that whenever we carry out a task for a client, which is at least 3 times a year, we take that opportunity to review the client’s overall tax and general business strategy with specific reference to the business sector and environment in which they work.

Finally, Roger Curtis is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and strictly governed by their code of conduct and ethics. Roger is also a member of the Tax Faculty and the Audit and Assurance Faculty within the ICAEW.

We therefore have, at all times, the resources to provide a prompt, professional and personal service to our clients in order to satisfy their compliance obligations and to increase their advantage by added value activities.

Whilst being completely integrated we divide those services into two headings:

Compliance »

Added value »
